CYBER SQUATTING
Cyber squatting in our days has expanded by far. Generally, we could say that Cyber squatting is using (or registering) somebody else’s domain name with the bad intention of making profit out of it. Only in year 2006, the cases regarding cyber squatting increased at 25%. A usual example of cyber squatting in real life, is when somebody - who is an authorized holder of a brand name – becomes a victim of unauthorized access of this name by somebody else, who might utilise it in order to take advantage of the good reputation that follows it. In such cases there are two ways for compurgation, the legal way or certain processes via internet so that we avoid money and trials.
