USABILITY, VISIBILITY, ACCESSIBILITY
In 1999 usability researchers Rakhi Rajani and Dusca Rosenberg found users often fail to recognize investigative aids built into GUI especially regarding navigation tools. Visibility has been in existence for nearly 150 years and provides a range of services and opportunities for people who have experienced sight loss. Communication technologies need to address issues of accessibility foe disabled persons particularly visually impaired users.
